Breakout out session topics:

This panel will focus on making the healthy choice the easy choice at your workplace. The panelists represent Healthiest State Award Finalist companies of all sizes who will bring their policies, examples, and strategies to share.
Worksites influencing the Community
Your internal work culture is important and this breakout will take that to the next step to looking at how that culture influences your external culture: your community. What are ways your workplace can influence the community around you? This panel will bring examples and takeaways to aligning a cohesive workplace and community relationship.
Breaking the Stigma of Mental Health in the Workplace
We know it’s an issue but how do we break the barriers of the discussion of mental health in the workplace? This panel will strategize eliminating the stigma of talking, and supporting, mental wellness in your workplace culture.
