School and be part of a statewide network supporting students and families in making healthy choices every day. Access resources focused on Heart Health and preventing heart disease. 5-2-1-0 Registered Sites gain access to even more awesome resources like digital anatomy tools and heart kits.

Iowa State University Extension and Outreach 4-H Clover Power
Educators and extension staff can utilize a variety of healthy living resources and support from extension staff to engage youth in schools. Lesson plans, brain break videos, mindfulness activities, cooking school, and large or small group educational presentations are available for youth.
The administrators of school districts or youth-serving organizations can partner with Healthy LifeStars® in your state to identify the best way to integrate the Healthy LifeStars curriculum into existing programs. Healthy LifeStars will train and support staff members to implement the program. All incentive items and access to materials needed for the program will be provided.
