Become a Make It OK Ambassador

A Make It Ok Ambassador is someone who has a passion for reducing mental illness stigma in their community. An Ambassador does not need to be an expert on mental health but someone who enjoys connecting, engaging, educating and promoting mental health awareness.

How do I become an Ambassador?

  • Register to join the growing list of Iowans working to reduce stigma.
  • Attend a Make It OK presentation by checking out the calendar of events.
  • Download the Make It OK toolkit materials to share with your friends, family, co-workers or community.
