We quickly find out how difficult that task can be. If we don't take time for selfcare, we often find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and burned out! This session is designed to help improve the health of the helper, and to help them to achieve better outcomes. We will provide knowledge, tools, and skills to help attendees identify the sources of their stressors, overcome the stressors that they have, and prevent stressors that could lead to future burnout.
