Building Emotional and Change Agility in People and Organizations

For two years our new normal has been one of constant interruptions and forced rapid adaptation to a changing world around us. Being resilient and flexible is going to be key to thriving in both our personal lives and careers moving forward.

“If the past two years have taught us anything, it’s that we continue to work and live in a world where disruption is the new normal,” said Dr. Rosie Ward. “While that can bring many great things with progress and change, it also can be unsettling.”
