Chocolate Chip Chickpea Cookie Dough

Everybody loves cookie dough. Enjoy this healthy twist on edible cookie dough made with chickpeas. Yum! 

All you need:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

All you do:

  • Place chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla, honey, and salt in a food processor. Process, adding water halfway, to help with consistency.
  • Add chocolate chips to mixture. Enjoy with graham crackers or sliced apples!
