Chocolate Chip Chickpea Cookie Dough

Everybody loves cookie dough. Enjoy this healthy twist on edible cookie dough made with chickpeas. Yum!
All you need:
- 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
All you do:
- Place chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla, honey, and salt in a food processor. Process, adding water halfway, to help with consistency.
- Add chocolate chips to mixture. Enjoy with graham crackers or sliced apples!
