Get super fit with this Super Bowl Challenge
Super Bowl Sunday is right around the corner and you're probably already thinking about what tasty appetizers to serve during your watch party. In addition to menu planning, consider organizing this fun fitness competition for your guests.
SUPER BOWL CHALLENGE
- Divide into two teams — one represents the Chiefs, the other the 49ers.
- Each time one of the game actions mentioned below happens, the corresponding team will participate in the assigned exercise.
- No challenging the calls, leave that to the referees.
Touchdown: Congratulations! Your team just scored a touchdown. After you high-five your teammates, do 10 jumping jacks together.
Field goal: It's all up to the kicker now. Show him how it’s done with ten seconds of high knees while he sets up in front of the goal posts.
Penalty: Your team made a mistake, however your game-watching teammates are going to show them how they can get back up! Do five burpees.
Interception: What a play! Your team just made an interception. Show them how they can continue push themselves by doing 10 push-ups.
