3 tips to stay hydrated
There’s a reason why water is the #1 recommended drink by health professionals. If you have trouble drinking water throughout the day, try these tips to stay hydrated throughout the day:
Add flavor: Adding flavor to your water is a simple way to make your water more flavorful and exciting to drink. Add in some fresh fruit like strawberries and cucumbers or some herbs to encourage you to stay hydrated.
Set a reminder every hour: It’s easy to forget to drink water throughout the day. Setting a reminder on your phone to alert you every hour that it’s time to drink water is a simple fix to this problem. But it can be easy to just swipe the reminder away. So, make it a goal to not complete or dismiss the reminder until you have taken a drink of water.
